Profile Peter Yarde Martin was born in Salisbury in 1988, and has lived in London for most of his life. He studied Music at Pembroke College, Cambridge and Composition at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

Peter has written for the London Philharmonic Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra, CHROMA and Britten Sinfonia, and had works performed at the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, Wigmore Hall and Barbican Centre. He is also an accomplished trumpeter and pianist.
