Composer sues Brooklyn Philharmonic for ruining his career

Composer Nathan Currier is suing the Brooklyn Philharmonic for cutting short the debut of his "Gaian Variations," which prmiered at Lincoln Center in 2004. Currier's piece was truncated, which he alleges was to avoid paying musicians overtime. The resulting bad review in the NY TImes, has caused vast damage personally and professionally, Currier alleges.
