Interests electroacoustic and sonic arts, instrument design and creation
Profile Bill is an experimental composer, working mainly within electroacoustic and sonic arts creating both composed and installation works.
He is currently in the final stages of completing a PhD in composition at the University of East Anglia, Norwich, UK, where his current research explores performance practice and the re-use of purpose built electronic musical instruments in electroacoustic music.
He has also created the Sonic Arts Archive, a wiki intended as a useful resource to composers, practitioners, and those interested in Sonic Arts (www.sonicartsarchive.org)
