Profile I am a retired editor of non-musical publications for a large university, but music has always been my consuming passion -- mainly as a listener, although my early college background does include three semesters of applied music courses. Before it became defunct, I served as president of The Fritz Reiner Society and edited its semi-annual journal, THE PODIUM. Currently I am attempting to write a full-length biography of composer-conductor Jean Martinon (1910-1976).
