St George the Martyr Borough High Street, London United Kingdom Carla Rees (flutes), Ian Mitchell (clarinets), Clare Simmonds (piano) This concert explores the sonic world of bass clarinet and bass flute. The flautist Carla Rees, who has developed an international reputation for her innovative work, is joined by the clarinettist Ian Mitchell (branded 'outstanding' by BBC Music Magazine) for a programme that features the work of the London composer Robert Percy, alongside contemporaries.
