Aventa presents James Beckwith Maxwell's "intueri", Yannick Plamondon's "La fenêtre II" for violin and ensemble, and George Benjamin's "At First Light". Britain's George Benjamin is considered one of the outstanding composers of his generation. His 1982 work, "At First Light", is inspired by the dazzling luminescence of J. M. W. Turner's painting 'Norham Castle: sunrise'.
