The Music of Composer James Douglas, as featured in the BBC series ‘Sahara with Michael Palin,’ has been performed all over the world; and on Thursday 6th March 2008 his music will be performed alongside a enticing Visual Journey around North West Scotland, featuring many photographs taken by his wife Helen Douglas. This Musical and Visual Journey is being presented in The Macphail Centre, Ullapool to mark the 10th birthday of Ullapool Music Publisher: Caritas Music Publishing. The photographs provide a wonderful journey from both the north and south of North West Scotland; to cities in Scotland; as well as some overseas photos of interest and will be accompanied by a Soundtrack played by James Douglas on the Piano.
