We will also release our first CD, Powerhouse Pianists, on the new American Modern Recordings (AMR) label. This recording features AME pianists Stephen Gosling and Blair McMillen and solo piano works by American composers Chester Biscardi, Lee Hyla, Eric Moe, Annie Gosfield, Mischa Zupko, Perry Townsend, George Tsontakis, Conlon Nancarrow, Joan Tower and David Rakowski. Blair and Stephen will also perform John Corigliano's Chiaroscuro for two pianos tuned a quarter-tone apart. Many of the composers will be there for this historic event.
