One of Denmark’s most vital chamber groups comes to Aldeburgh for the first time with works by two of their most internationally celebrated countrymen. The Krogers’ playing of other Nørgård quartets has inspired the composer to write a tenth for them, which they première in Prague just prior to this UK performance. And Ruders’ colourfully-titled quintet, with British accordionist Owen Murray, receives its world première in this concert.
