Description
The Tremolo Study in D, in addition to being a technical study, is also a harmonic journey which traverses many different tonal landscapes. Beginning on a restless d sus chord high up in the 8th position, this music sojourns through suspended chords, exotic harmonies, and even bi-tonality before making its way back ‘home’ to a simple diatonic landscape.
