MARINA HASSELBERG – CELLO & ELECTRONICS WORKSHOP Sunday, September 24 at the Gold Saucer Studio 10 am–2 pm $10 Admission fee – cash only please Marina Hasselberg and Vancouver Pro Musica invite all composers to attend this workshop. This is the first event in this season’s Sonic Boom series that will help prepare composers for writing new works for the Sonic Boom 2017 concert festival in March. Composer-in-Residence Dorothy Chang will also be present to lead discussions. There will also be the opportunity to have brief sketches (up to 3 minutes of music) read by the performer. This workshop will serve as an opportunity to learn more about Marina’s gear and setup in advance of the deadline for score submission for Sonic Boom 2017.
